Kiss – Double Platinum – CD

The timing of this best-of compilation, 1978, was somewhat coincidental. In retrospect, however, Double Platinum came at exactly the right time. Kiss had reached their commercial peak, were no longer on particularly good terms with each other, and subsequently lost more ground with each album before dropping their masks for a while in 1983.
