The mutating musical unit from Athens, Greece, in this incarnation a five – piece joined by two guests (percussion and cello), offers another set of songs that travel the spaces between prog and psychedelia. Slightly more guitar–driven than their previous efforts, augmented by flute, trumpet, and flugelhorn, with the band’s trademark tight/melodic rhythm section and a sparkling production, “Unprotected” continues NML’s fabulous journey to the heart of the music.
