The self-titled Debut LP from The Animals was originally released October 1964. Produced by Mickie Most, The Animals featured Eric Burdon on lead vocals, Hilton Valentine on guitar, Alan Price on keyboards, Chas Chandler on bass guitar and John Steel on drums. Influenced by R&B, blues, rock and pop, the album features covers of songs written by John Lee Hooker, Chuck Berry and Fats Domino.
